Terms and Conditions – 777betgame Philippines

777betgame Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and 777betgame ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 777betgame platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or the 777betgame app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. 777betgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the 777betgame platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of the Philippines.
• Not be excluded from the platform through self-exclusion or a previous termination.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• Be acting voluntarily and with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By completing registration, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met. 777betgame may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may register only one account on 777betgame. If you are found to hold more than one account — whether under the same identity or under different names — all accounts may be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited. This applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts were created intentionally.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. This includes any bets placed, transactions initiated, and personal information submitted. You must keep your login credentials — your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes — confidential at all times. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777betgame support immediately at [email protected]. The platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on the 777betgame platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no foreign currency conversions, and the platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

You may only deposit funds using payment channels that are registered in your own name. This includes Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, and supported local e-wallets. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent by another person on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and your account reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. This verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be approved. The platform processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, but processing times depend on the payment channel chosen and may vary.

• Deposits must be made only from accounts or e-wallets held in your own name.
• KYC documents must be submitted before withdrawal requests can be approved.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may vary by payment channel.
• The platform reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction.

All games available on the 777betgame platform — including slots, eBingo, fish shooting games, live casino tables, sports betting, and poker — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible within each game and are part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

All slot and RNG-based game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or any other external factor. Sports betting odds and outcomes are governed by the applicable sporting event results and standard betting rules.

777betgame reserves the right to void bets or cancel game rounds in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, or any situation where the integrity of a game result is in question. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777betgame platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in creating accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback abuse, identity misrepresentation, or the use of stolen payment details.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in any game.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any individual under 21 years of age.

777betgame actively monitors for prohibited behaviour using a combination of automated systems and manual review. If prohibited conduct is detected, the platform reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including legal action where applicable.

From time to time, 777betgame may offer bonuses, promotions, or other incentives to players. Any such offer will be governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General principles that apply to all offers include:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player.
• Any offer is subject to its stated eligibility criteria, which must be met to qualify.
• 777betgame reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at its discretion.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific offer and is not obligated to provide any bonus or promotion at any time.

777betgame is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is not a source of income. If you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic, the following tools are available:

• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the platform.
• Deposit reminders and session time notifications to help you stay aware of your activity.
• Access to responsible gaming information and external support organisations.

To access responsible gaming tools or to request self-exclusion, visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact support. All responsible gaming requests will be actioned promptly.

777betgame aims to provide continuous access to the platform at all times. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances outside the platform's control. 777betgame will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

The platform reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any game, feature, or service at any time without prior notice. The removal of any game or feature does not entitle players to compensation unless specifically stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777betgame shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Game outcomes, including any losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• Technical errors, interruptions, or service outages beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to protect their credentials.
• Any reliance by a player on information provided on the platform that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the 777betgame platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

If you have questions about these Terms, need clarification on any point, or wish to report a concern, please contact the 777betgame support team:
